What is the Heaven Event Center?
This center is a newly developed contemporary 7,000 sq. foot venue with a 2,000 sq. foot patio that is surrounded by a lake with LED lit waterfalls. It’s a great space for weddings, receptions, social and coporate events!
Where is it located?
Heaven Event Center is ideally situated between the Orlando International Airport and the Orange County Convention Center; it’s also just 8 miles from downtown Orlando and minutes away from world class theme parks and Florida Mall.
How many people can the Heaven Event Center hold?
This venue is great for small private functions all the way to a high end space for large corporate events.
The capacity is 500 people standing or roughly 325-400 people seated.
What's included in the pricing?
*24 hour use of the facility
*Beautiful Italian white leather couches and white sheers framing the windows (which are moveable depending on how you want it!)
*4 LED color changing fixtures down lighting the main wall
*Use of a 500 sq. feet kitchen, equipped with warming ovens, 3 door fridge, multiple sinks and prep stations. No open cooking allowed.
*Over 400 parking spaces
*A vertical format HD flat screen in the lobby (bring your photos DVD),
*A quadraphonic speaker system that is I-pod driven (you can use your own I-Pod!) that pipes music in the lobby, restrooms and patio
*A maitre d' who stays at the venue for the entirety of the event
*The cleaning fee,
*Power: 6 20 amp circuits, 60 amp 3 phased disconnect

This venue is EXTREMELY unique in that it is literally a blank canvas to create your own "heavenly" creation. The sheer drapings and LED lighting produces an atmosphere that is fun and exciting all on its own! A major plus about this venue is that the building is TOTALLY secluded! We have over 400 parking spaces, so parking won't be an issue (which is a biggie for people who choose downtown).
